On August 31, 2010, KB Financial Group Inc. (“KB Financial Group”) disclosed
that, while KB Financial Group is reviewing various strategies for business
diversification of its subsidiaries, including entering into the broader
consumer credit market by establishing a capital company, no specific decision
has been made to date in connection with the above.
