On July 6, 2010, Kookmin Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KB Financial Group
Inc., opened a branch in Suzhou, People’s Republic of China, to provide various
banking services in US dollars, such as providing loans and deposits, acceptance
and discount of bills, securities transactions, letters of credit, domestic and
overseas settlements and foreign currency exchange services.
