Non-Consolidated Audit Report of Kookmin Bank
for Fiscal Year 2008

On March 6, 2009, Kookmin Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KB Financial Group Inc., received and disclosed the audit report for the fiscal year 2008 from Deloitte Anjin LLC, its independent auditor, which report includes non-consolidated Korean GAAP financial statements of Kookmin Bank for the years ended December 31, 2008 and 2007 and the related notes. The financial statements in such report have not been approved by the shareholders of Kookmin Bank and remain subject to change.
