We would like to thank all of our customers and shareholders who helped launch KB Financial Group through their earnest support and loyalty.

Dear valued customers and shareholders, Our customers and shareholders have supported KB Financial Group with years of unwavering trust and loyalty. In order to provide unparalleled services to our customers and maximized returns to our shareholders, KB Financial Group has made every effort to strengthen our operation by way of change and innovation.
Nevertheless, we realize that the dynamic nature of the current financial world requires a proactive stance. With this in mind, and in order to bring greater satisfaction to our customers and shareholders, we decided to make the transition into financial holdings company. And due to your support, KB Financial Group has become a reality and we are now in the opening stages of ushering in a new era in Korea’s financial industry.

Global Financial Group Leading Asia’s Finance

In addition to KB Kookmin Bank, Korea’s leading bank, KB Financial Group is currently comprised of 7 other subsidiaries: KB Real Estate Trust, KB Investment, KB Credit Information, KB Data System, KB Asset Management, KB Futures and KB Investment Securities.
With the launching of KB Financial Group, each subsidiary will focus on strengthening their expertise, as well as developing an expanded system of mutual cooperation that will produce the level of synergy befitting a comprehensive financial group. All of us at KB Financial Group promises to work diligently with the goal of providing increased convenience for our customers and greater returns for our shareholders.

Having always been at the forefront of Korea’s financial industry, KB Financial Group will continue our tradition of innovation and growth with the purpose of realizing our vision of a “Global Financial Group Leading Asia’s Finance.” Within the next 5 years, KB Financial Group will attain our current goal of becoming an “Asia Top 10, Global Top 50” financial institution.
